Gavel and Quill LLC Coworking Space Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our coworking space, and the services we offer at Gavel and Quill LLC (“us”, “we”, “our”). By accessing and using our space and services, you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services

We provide coworking space, including desk space, internet access, use of common areas and other services (collectively, the “Services”). We reserve the right to change, add or remove the availability of any Services at our sole discretion.

  1. Membership

Membership is required for use of our space and services. All Members must be at least 18 years old and must complete our registration process.

  1. Fees and Payment

Fees for use of our space and services are set forth on our website, gavelquill.com. Payments are due at the beginning of the membership period. Late payments may incur additional charges. Members will be charged the credit card processing fees.

  1. Rules and Conduct

Members are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards other Members and our staff. Any behavior contrary to this may result in immediate termination of your membership and/or being asked to leave the premises.

For minor infractions a warning will be issue.

  1. Property

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property while using our coworking space.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership and your access to our coworking space and services for any breach of these Terms.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes on our website, gavelquill.com. Your continued use of our space and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our coworking space or services.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, which our coworking space is located.

These Terms are effective as of May 31st 2023.
