Hot Desk Day Pass – $10/Day

The day pass includes wi-fi and a temporary desk.

[Basic] Hot Desk Monthly Pass – $100/Month

The day pass includes wi-fi and a temporary desk. You can access the space during our normal business hours. Your name can be listed on as a member [Optinoal].

[Flexible] Hot Desk Monthly Pass – $150/Month

This includes benefits of the basic plan plus eight hours a month of the conference room. Able to reserve the conference room when available from 9am-5pm. Your name and/or business can be listed on as a member [Optional]. A feature about you and your company posted on our blog [Optional].

[Deluxe] Monthly Pass – $400

This plan includes all benefits of the basic and flexible plan. Package is custom to your needs. You can request to use the conference room outside of normal business hours. Other services are available and negotiable.

Conference Room Rental – $20/Hour

The conference room can be rented. Great for board meetings or meeting with your client. The conference room includes a table and eight chairs.

Gavel and Quill LLC Returns/Refunds Policy

  1. Introduction

This Returns/Refunds Policy (“Policy”) outlines the process and conditions for any requests for returns or refunds related to the Services provided by Gavel and Quill LLC (“us”, “we”, “our”).

  1. Physical Item Returns

Purchase of Physical Items: If you have purchased a physical item from us, such as merchandise or office equipment, and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the following conditions.

2.1. Returns: Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2.3. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [your email address].

2.4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure you keep the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

  1. Membership Refunds

3.1. Monthly Membership: If you have subscribed to a monthly membership plan and wish to cancel, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.

3.2. Pre-Paid Membership: For pre-paid membership plans (quarterly, bi-annual, annual), you may cancel within the first 7 days of the initial purchase for a full refund, less a processing fee. After the 7-day period, refunds will not be issued.

3.3. Event Space Rental: Refunds for event space rental cancellations will be given only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the event time.

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website,, and will be effective immediately upon posting.
