We create high-impact startups from scratch and help meaningful ventures succeed through software development, customer discovery, and business strategy.
We’re looking for driven, curious, and thoughtful technical interns to join our Summer 2025 Internship Cohort.
💻 Internship Role: Technical Intern (Software Development)
As a Technical Intern, you’ll work in a small, mission-driven team to prototype software that powers sustainable startups. Whether it’s a tool to plan clean energy, optimize recycling logistics, or help people make greener financial choices—you’ll contribute to something real.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Build software MVPs that help solve real-world problems in climate, fintech, or clean tech
- Write clean, well-commented code with teammates across disciplines
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile development sprints
- Collaborate with business interns to turn user needs into product features
- Gain hands-on experience with tools like GitHub, Figma, Python, or JavaScript (depending on project)
- Practice professional skills: task ownership, documentation, team communication
🎯 Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship, you will:
- Understand what it’s like to work in a real-world software team
- Know how to build and ship lean MVPs
- Gain mentorship through weekly 1:1s and code reviews
- Practice professional communication—writing dev notes, emails, and project updates

🤝 Internship Role: Impact Strategy Intern (Business & People Track)
This internship is for students who love asking big questions, talking to people, and turning insights into real-world action. You’ll work side-by-side with our teams to research markets, interview users, identify customer needs, and help shape real climate and tech products from the ground up.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Conduct customer discovery interviews with real people across the globe
- Translate interviews into clear business needs and product insights
- Participate in project management, team planning, and internal communication
- Support go-to-market strategy and early-stage business development
- Join or lead meetings with partners, advisors, or early adopters
- Learn and apply human-centered design thinking
- Practice clear, professional writing in email, reports, and presentations

By the end of the internship, you will:
- Know how to run professional interviews and synthesize feedback into usable insights
- Gain confidence in verbal and written communication
- Work with tech teams and real clients
